For all in-stock items, we will process orders within 3 business days from the date that we receive your order and payment confirmation.

We do our best to keep the website’s inventory updated at all times, but item availability is not guaranteed. If an item is sold out, customers will be notified via email.

All items will be dispatched within 1–4 weeks from the date they become available.

If any unforeseen delays should occur, customers will be notified before item was originally to become available.

Pre order items, custom orders and back orders cannot be cancelled.
